SIMI Awards: Gesys Ingénierie multi-award winners!

Every year, the SIMI trade show brings together stakeholders from across the real estate sector. It is the perfect opportunity for us to get out there and meet other players in the industry and discuss the latest market trends in office property, healthcare real estate, commercial real estate, mixed-used buildings and residential real estate. The SIMI Awards 

Each year, the jury made up of real estate professionals, designates the winners of the SIMI Awards in several categories. Over recent years, we have regularly been honoured with awards:

• 2020: Winner of the Renovated Office Building or Particularly Innovative Fit Out award for the 87 Richelieu project in Paris (2^nd arrondissement).
• 2017: Winner in the New Office Building over 50 000 m² category for the Société Générale, Campus Les Dunes project in Val de Fontenay.
• 2017: Winner of the Renovated Office Building or Particularly Innovative Fit Out award for the Emerige, Quai Ouest project in Boulogne-Billancourt.
• 2014: 1^st Prize in the Mixed-Use Building category for the FCBA Technological Institute headquarters in Champs sur Marne.
• 2012: 1^st Prize in the New Building category for the Orosdi Carlyle project. This involved the restructuring of a former warehouse in Paris (9^th arrondissement).
• 2010: 1^st Prize in the New Building category for the SILIC project, the Le Montreal office building on the Orly Rungis business park
